I have to confess, I stumbled upon Dave Johnson via watching cutefuzzyweasel's youtube video about him.

In short, Mr. Johnson believes that the U.S Civil War was an elaborate hoax. No one died during this time period in the north or the south due to military battles.

The Attack on Fort Sumpter? Military drill and "controlled demolition". Certainly not the start of one of the bloodiest periods in U.S History.

Exhibit A: Video where he gives "proof" of the Civil War being a hoax.

A quick glance at his other youtube videos shows quite the rabbit hole. Apparently, according to Mr. Johnson, not only was the U.S Civil War a hoax, but the moon is a hoax as well.

No, not the moon landing.....the actual moon. Yeah, it doesn't exist apparently.

This guy is smack dab in the camp of "Every single gosh danging thing is a hoax dang nabbit!"

Just a cursory glance through his videos, I saw titles about Pearl Harbor, the Boston Marathon Bombing, and 9/11 being hoaxes.

I think the scariest part about all of this is the fact that he actually has managed to convince some people that, indeed, the Civil War was a hoax.

Strangely enough it seems that out of all the nut job conspiracies he has, holocaust denial isn't one of them (from what I've seen). Then again I haven't taken the time to look through the sea of shit that is his channel, so there might be one or two videos on it there that I just haven't seen.
