Zaks a complete cunt but I'm not even sure he's had any interactions with Hill.
Dave or his wife ( I don't remember exactly) tried to get woke points by poking Zac over something during the later years of white wolf proper and drew the ire/attention of the trolls that orbited him. He blames Zac for "having the flee to Japan" among other things.

The Zak thing started when Filamena took offense to Zaks' group being mostly porn stars, so she started a harassment campaign.
Naturally, Zak counterattacks, and to defend Filamena, Hill gets involved, and has fake death threats made against him, and says he has to run away to Japan to get away from them, even though he was moving to Japan anyways.
The funniest thing is that Hill is at least as abrasive in his normal functionsing as Zak is when on the attack. The second thing start to go bad for him, Hill immediatly goes all "googoo gaagaa I'm just a wittle innocent baybee, no beeing mean pweese."

Pretty much this, Dave would rehash his Zac drama when he got hired by the recently Paradox purchased White Wolf to write for a text based vampire mobile game.
Dave "quit" his freelancer gig at Onyx Path Publishing in protest citing the hiring however this was around the same time he turned in the dumpster fire of a manuscript for Changeling: The Lost 2nd ed that needed a 90% rewrite to even get to the development stage so.......

Don't forget the part where Onyx Path put a new set of authors on Changeling without telling him. So the game had two concurrent dev teams for months before Hill flamed out.
I think that was because of some behind the scenes drama where Dave wanted to be paid for his trash and wouldn't officially step away without it because once he was off the project officially he joined Holden in saying OPP didn't pay their devs.

Making ammunition and insulin cost the same only makes sense if the insulin is the ammunition, say for some kind of dart gun. That actually sounds like a good idea to me, since I could go around shooting fat people under the pretext of administering lifesaving emergency medical care.
I believe it was his wife. I think I or someone else posted stuff about her early last year. May need to update the page one day to add information on her since the dumpster fire that is David's life and career these past ten years involves around her.
