I'm trying to make fun of this but it's such a odd statement that I can't even see where she's coming from. Mech are effectively tanks/fighter jets which comes dangerously close to 'I identify as an attack helecopter'.

IfI where to write a story with subtext of transgendarism I'd be working on something like his old job at white wolf. Werewolves, fae and mages seem obvious candidates because they all have to go through a period of being regular human before they emerge as something 'better' than the form they where born in.

Then again Olivia thinks cyberpunk is star trek for Trans so maybe fiction isnt his strong point.

Being this woke has to be taking a toll on Dave's mental health and putting stress on a structure that was never up to code in the first place, all that venom and misery every moment of your life it seems...

According to some of the people who used to work at Onyx Path, Dave was one of the more difficult people to deal with and this was probably exacerbated by the fact he mostly interacted with his co-workers online since he lives overseas, and then you throw in going woke and becoming a fanatical Anarcho-Communist tranny zealot, it's not a good mix.

We're talking about a guy who is so insane that even his ideological colleagues at RPGnet and Onyx Path Forums had to ban him just to be able to save face and avoid any potential liabilities all because he doxxed an innocent man simply because he made the mistake of doing contract work for White Wolf, despite the fact that Matthew Dawkins is a leftist and a supporter of trans rights (although he's probably not a commie so Dave saw him as an enemy anyway)

It's like putting extreme stress on a structure that was never up to code in the first place...
