He’s still banging that drum. All he has left is message discipline.Guess Dave's out of a job then....View attachment 2250086
Dave's true passion in life isn't writing, it's making people fawn over him.Ever the one for original content or it's not a fetish I swear.

He also likes having someone to hate, something to rage at. He should drop the pretense of moralty and post here.Dave's true passion in life isn't writing, it's making people fawn over him.
$145,000
It’s amazing how much of what Dave and his ilk consider to be grave, unforgivable sins is actually just people making rational decisions based upon their life circumstances. You have a bunch of millennials who are hip deep in their child rearing years but who’ve been set back by the 2008 economic crisis and poor, poor life decisions. Are you going to turn down some eminently affordable real estate just because Twitter might get mad at you? Fuck no.Lmao
I thought $145,000 for a 7 bedroom, 3 bath house sounded low.
Then came the picture.
Then came the demographics.
Maybe Dave will get lucky and he won’t get culturally enriched before the other white people gentrify the neighborhood.
Didn't they find out that could get over $300k a few months ago. Why settle for this unless they were never actually able to get $300k.So Dave bought a house way bigger than he needs at a fire sale price in a bad neighborhood? And according to realtor.com, it's over 100 years old and was on the market for two months, with the condition of being sold as-is. I wonder if he's ever seen The Money Pit.
See Dave, this is why lolcows like you are poor and miserable. It's not because of capitalism, the patriarchy, or transphobia. It's because you make retarded life decisions, and when you suffer the completely predictable consequences of those retarded decisions, you blame everyone except the one who made the decision: you. If you want to see the force responsible for the shit state of your life, look in the mirror.
Depending on how they went about getting the pre-approval letter would determine how high they could go vs how high they actually can go.Didn't they find out that could get over $300k a few months ago
I guess it would also depend on the State too. Unless they're still able to get that 300k but kept some to fix the house with the rest. Though that would be the smart thing to do, and well you know....Depending on how they went about getting the pre-approval letter would determine how high they could go vs how high they actually can go.
Some banks will just run your credit and trust you on the income requirements vs having to supply all that paperwork up front. Given all the documentation hoops Dave had to jump though after the fact that might have been the case.
Ooooh, he's going to be bitching about his new place in no time flat.Found it. That is really cheap for the size. It must be in a horrible neighborhood or have some huge issues.
OOF, those demographics. Better keep an eye on your kids Hill.
