No, he went indie and his company "The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency" is effectively shuttered. He's clearly not working on anything based on this stream I'm watching.

He's a producer and designer, it's probably hard to come back from such a big failure that was near universally unliked for it's design. People need to trust you with a lot of money to run a project.

Man, In my mind Jaffe was clumped together with CliffyB and Dave Perry for some reason. No real similarities between them but they were a different type of personalities at around the same time. They all crashed and burned, I don't know about Perry but he could always fall back on being a dentist(and the Gaikai money from Sony couldn't have hurt).
It would be so strange if Perry is the one that came out the most successful.

I'm pretty sure Jaffe really doesn't care about Kratos or his other characters, nor the consistency of his own continuity, the 2SLGBTQQIA or about the history of homosex and/or pederasty among Spartan soldiers. He's simply just desperate for relevancy again as his game series continues to move forward without him. A lot of content creators and authors have been doing this as of late. Last year an old Star Wars author did a JK Rowling too with one of her characters because she hadn't been relevant in years. Same with a washed up Sonic comic author.
