Just for reference, this is where the shooting took place. If he's from Maryland, it's well possible that it's him, although that's still pretty far for it to be believable.
Especially considering that it's just a gaming/pizza place, I kind of doubt that would be him. I would figure he's a local. Unless the Madden "pro" scene is that small.
