I don't think even Chris chan had a long term guardianship like this, though. If he's supposedly 'high-functioning' he isn't showing it. How did we miss this guy?
He's just one of those people higher up on the spectrum that obsess over their condition, talking about how it's shitting up their life instead of learning to overcome its negative effects, and taking advantage of its more positive effects. I feel as though his upbringing was almost no different to Chris', where his parents strictly enforced their son to be dependent on them because he had a condition they thought would make him permanently defective.
