I'll admit, the breakup stream was hard to listen too. It really felt like the point of no return for Dick, and he really did do a lot to help Josh and I even found this forum through MATI, and I found MATI through The Dick Show. Shit just changed, man.

The issue with this argument is purely legal. One is illegal, the other is not. The question is actually "which would you rather the police find?" and the answer is a pragmatic "the one which doesn't put me in jail for half a decade."

Hard agree. It's such a tough listen to this day because even a year ago, a lot of us still respected Dick, even though the quality of TDS has taken a nosedive since the conclusion of the lolsuit and his views became less of a joke and more overtly disconnected from reality. In my opinion, Null consistently had the best call-ins out of any guest during the show's peak, so listening to Dax attempt to argue an indefensible position for like an hour and a half was both infuriating and super distressing because anyone with a modicum of common sense would have dropped Digi and the Yggers from their social circle like a bad habit.
