idk, I think Trickster had hold on, hear me out! I think he had potential considering how nuts the idol industry is and how it can drive people insane from the amount of work, practice, touring, etc they have to do.

Alternatively they could've done like a Kpop version of Patrick Bateman where he was always nuts and eventually the mask slipped despite him trying to keep it (because let's face it, we probably aren't getting actual Patrick Bateman in).

My point is lore wise I think a Kpop killer can work and they might've actually done either of the backstory ideas I just presented (I wouldn't know, I didn't read his wiki), it's just that his power sucks ass, doesn't make sense with his story and his design and skins are fucking god awful. There is no item combination that make him look even mildly cool imo, it's mostly just bright pastel colors which don't work for me.

I like listening to some KPop and I HATE Trickster. He is my least favorite addition to the game period. It's such a lazy, poorly done attempt to pull in a new cash cow demographic who largely don't and never will care about Dead by Daylight. His design is weirdly dated and the type of idol you would have seen in the 2000's, his weapon is bizarre and clashes with the art direction of everything else, and I despise that cheeky wink he does to the camera. It could not be more obvious he's bait for the female fans to gush over and I just find it patronizing/insulting and dumb.

The KPop industry is absolutely fucked and rampant with psychosis and human rights violations and there's so many interesting things they could have done with it instead of what we got. Personally I would have liked to see a deranged resentful failed trainee that was mutilated in some visually disturbing way and lost their shot at a career, or something like a girl group who burned to death in a studio fire and are now a horrible charred amalgamation of all five of them in one body horror monstrosity similar to that one legion skin, with some kind of fire starting ability to trap or cut off survivors.

After using some of my BP bank from the Rift I am nearly done with Nemesis. I don't think I'll be prestiging him. I have a shitload of survivor challenges in the Rift to do which I might do whenever. Just because I'm weirdly obsessed with having 6 million BP in the Rift bank when Jason or Pinhead inevitably come out.

Lucked out and got the Oni Rift challenge where you use his power for 10 seconds and get a down.

Trivia: the word "retard" is not censored in the post-game chat. But it's variants are. So you can say "retard" but you can't say "you're retarded" or "retards" without being censored. This happened when idiots 3 genned themselves against an Oni and thought I was obliged to just leave the hook and let them complete the last gen.

I think I'm going to take a break from this soon. Just to preserve my sanity. Maybe mori's being a base ability and keys being nerfed will suddenly bring me back? I dunno?

I'm worried that BHVR will fuck with Devour in some fashion ala EGC Pig nerf.

I find it thag Nemesis is really weak early game, can't injure survivors unless you don't wanna level your whip up, speedboost on a non-dmg attack, status effect which makes his ranged attack able to injure and zombie AI is getting stuck on fucking trees.

BHVR could've atleast make zoombies more aggressive when they find a contaminated survivor.

His perks are really nice but he himself is really shit compared to Plague and PH.

What they probably should have done is make the map full of sleepy zombies who wake up if you make an excessive amount of noise, then they slowly shamble towards the survivors (like not enough to be threatening.)

Sleeping zombie waking up alerts Nemesis. You could potentially link this to the M2 which makes anyone hit by it wake up all the zombies in a radius wherever they go, continually alerting Nemesis.

This would genuinely be more interesting than oh let's hope my zombies spawned in a good place and their AI acts right.

the filter for chat is really weird. There are some benign words and memes that are censored, but some actually offensive things are not. I can't understand it. You can't say "sneed" of all things, lmao

Nemesis has a weird daily.

You have to get to maximum mutant level 3, 4 separate times... I assume this is a typo that went live. But who knows? Because you can get to level 3 only once. Which means you have to play 4 separate matches to get this daily done. Whereas every other daily can be done in 1 match not unless you get a little unlucky.

Also flashbangs are a hilarious mess.

I've seen Wraith (since the buffs) summed up perfectly as the new Freddy: steamrolls newbs and causes them to ragequit but gets annihilated by players who know what they're doing. I would agree with this.

Edit: multiple killers are bugged at the moment. Such as Clown's bottles don't slow down survivors at all. I've also heard Nurse and Blight are bugged but I don't know how.

Blight´s bug is that he can´t rush unless you m1 the air.

When I hear one I actually just go stare at it to see what happens. Sometimes I'm blinded. Sometimes nothing. How the hell did this make it past QA?

e: I'm running a literal troll build because I keep running into SWF gen rush teams with toolkits. Discordance/Overcharge/Distressing/Overwhelming Presence as Legion with the Iridescent Button. I won't even attack you, but you're going to be stuck in this map for a LONG time.
