This guy created a game on Kongregate called Clout a few years ago under the username Delosford and then slowly went completely insane and became convinced the church of Scientology was out to get him. His behavior eventually got so strange and aggressive that they permabanned him from Kongregate and then his game got removed from Facebook as well but the game is still available to check out on Facebook. He has withdrawn from everywhere I know to look on the internet besides his facebook page which he regularly posts completely batshit theories and ideas onto. I don't know much more about him other than that he has a book for sale on Amazon that is likely also full of crazy rambling but his facebook page is a goldmine of crazy. Here are some examples.

It looks like he has a touch of the word salad (Schizophasia), it's usually a good indicator the person has schizophrenia as it's co-morbid with it. It can get much worse and more confusing, look at Francis E. Dec for a really good example.

The game itself is styled as an "MMO Legislative Simulator", a concept done a million times better by Diplomacy and Papers, Please, despite neither having multiplayer elements (to my knowledge). According to the archived comments (archived as in still up on Kongregate despite it being years later) (I guess it's archived now because I archived it), Delos was constantly dicking not only with the player base (strike 1) but also with the game-which is not a strike in and of itself, but it resulted in a large, unhappy userbase. At one point a user in the comments asks "what the fuck man, I asked a question about the game's mechanics (gaining 'clout' from going against a bill it seems) and you went off on me", and Delos replied with "if I went off on you, it was for a reason, get a grip on reality".

I remember Clout, it had a very dense interface and, while the idea was unique, it was quite cumbersome.
This guy does seem like a bona-fide wacko.
