I was wondering about this, whether this was true or not?

A quick search tells me that the case was dismissed, in part because Kesha had previously sworn under oath that Dr. Luke had never drugged or raped her in 2011. If I had to guess, I would say probably not.

Didn't this chick break into Dr. Lukes home when she was younger and leaver her demo tape on his nightstand? Behavior like that really makes me suspect anything this mishmash of drugs, booze, and plastic surgery says about him.
