And Especially Thank You to, As a notice to all FIGHT FUELERS who are looking to send HOLIDAY CHEER towards me this season,

This Holiday Season I will be hosting a very special HOLIDAY LIVESTREAM to protect the rights of Christians all over the world to Celibrate Christmas. In many countries, there is religious perseuction such as Syria and Iraq, However we live in a free country and we will not be scared.


During this stream I will be CROWDFUNDING a Very Special Present for Eli (You guys can guess what it is ) PLEASE DO NOT TELL ELI that I am planning to buy him an XBox One this christmas,I WANT IT TO BE ASPECIAL SURPRISE TO ROUSE UP THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT!!

I have thought Long and hard about this. And i said I will never whore out and that is still true. I will Never support Ads or such content. But this is basically doing this as a charitable gift to my friend Eli so I think its ok. If you dont think thats alright then tell me because I dont want to be rude online.But I am basically just doing this for all the fans who keep gifting me Steam games and I feel bad because Eli is a CONSOLE gamer and I’m getting all the gifts, and Eli has NO GIFTS!!! FOR CHRISTMAS!! Since we cannot afford any… So i got an idea in my head ok. So bare with me and I will explain such ideas to you here if you will.

Since we do not have the money to buy presents or anything this Christmas (I already spent our Welfare Check repairing the Internet cables after I damaged them,And also buying food) I will be holding a special donation drive to buy Eli the Present he deserves for his trip to Israel and he never got it and he’s sitll unhappy. Additionally if we do not raise enough money for the Special Present’s Price of $350 we will just pay the remaining money towards getting Eli’s car out of the impound lot. So basically this will help support two struggling veterans if you like our vlogs and stuff then you can donate but if you dont wanna spend your cash thats cool too. In the future Eli is looking to get a job very soon at a grocery store(He has already applied to several) as a bagger and I am loooking into ventures such as Bitcoin in order to support ourselves in this harsh economic times. Since Eli does not qualify for Welfare we only have my Welfare income of $900 a month to pay the rent of $600/month plus weed, heat, food and gas for two people which is harsh sincen either of us have experience living alone or managing money. Basically it is BULLSHIt that the government doesnt help us because I mean how are we supposed to know this stuff. But I got this idea to basically bring back some happiness to Eli’s life and reward him for his DEDICATION which I dont usually do because he seems Down in the Dumps lately which is whyt I am hoping to surprise him with a special awesome gift and fuel the fight!!

In the future depending on how sucessful this donation drive is we will start selling Merch including customized T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, and Coffee mugs!!

I'm sorry I'm not the hip young interweb surfer I was in halcyon days of my youth, and I think I've asked this before on the forums, but apparently the description didn't stick and I need a reminder -

What the fuck is a bitcoin, and what exactly is involved in bitcoin mining? I've gathered that it involves keeping your computer on and your computer does.... something. The more powerful the computer, the better, hence the over clocking (and the heat issues Smutley's post mention), and of course, the more computers you have the more you can put to the task of bitcoin mining, but what I've typed is literally the end of my understanding. I don't know what the bitcoin is, how its used (other than some form of maybe tradable currency?), or what kind of processing your actual cash-expensive new supercomputer cluster is doing in order to earn or 'mine' these tender fuckers.

I think when I asked this question before, the explanation that was given to me made me conclude that bitcoin mining was the stupidest thing I'd ever heard of, but as Jace is voicing his intent to give it a try (rather than get a job alongside Eli), it seems relevant to ask again, if nothing else to have a better understanding of what The Commander is up to.

What the fuck is a bitcoin, and what exactly is involved in bitcoin mining?

I'll keep this short so it doesn't get too off topic, but basically...

Bitcoins are generated by having a computer work at a special math problem. Multiple people all work on the same problem and communicate it with a central server every other person that mines or uses bitcoins in something called the blockchain. Depending on how much you have generated towards the problems solution is the amount of bitcoins you get. The more people who are trying to solve the problem, the harder the problem and the smaller the payout.

Certain hardware - such as specific ATI graphics cards, and ASCI mining computers that literally can do nothing but crunch bitcoin math problems - are better at this, and they can do it faster than commercial computers. But as you add more power to the problem, then the math problem gets harder, and you generate less coins. Bitcoin mining is also rife with scammers, so people sell snake oil and pyramid schemes and cheat get rich quick schemes.

It's gotten to the point where now, it costs the average consumer with a Dell or a single Gaming PC more money in power per day than they generate in coins - say, 50 cents of power vs. 30 cents in coins. Since this is all speculation (and not an investment since the currency isn't real, there is no product, and it depends on what people want to pay for funny money), people are hoping their initial cost is offset by Bitcoin prices GOING GANGBUSTERS!

What it's really proven is that only cheats and the lucky make a profit, and everyone else is left holding a bag of unstable monopoly money that almost no business accepts as a payment and can tank to 50% it's original value in less than an hour. Also every transaction costs you a percentage and there's no guarantee that the companies you store your bitcoins in won't just steal them, go bankrupt, or both. There's also the problem of the blockchain which is a massive file that stores records of every single bitcoin transaction that has ever been made since it's inception. This file is constantly growing, and the more people and more trades the quicker and larger it will grow.

Unlike Chris, Jace and Eli actually recognize their fanbase instead of taking the money and acting all arrogant at us. You're free to not donate, and I wouldn't definitely slight you, but imo it's completely different from Chris care package. Yeah, I think it's kind of weird that he's making 'us' foot the bill for he XBONE that Jace promised Eli, but since he didn't get all of the money from Tyce, this is his last option if he wants to get Eli the Xbox for Christmas.

I often question the quality of Jace's friendship. He's being thoughtful by trying to get Eli an Xbox, (and asking for help with that from the fans, rather than asking for help for him and himself only), and he's been shown to go way out of the way for Eli (and for Tyce in happier times past), but on a day to day basis, he forces Eli who graciously takes him in to live in the attic ( because he's the Commander, so its to the couch in your own home Eli!), threatens Eli constantly whenever Eli questions his sexuality (but in fairness, Eli is kinda a dick about that too), he originally promised Eli an Xbox for SENDING HIM TO AN OVERSEAS COMBAT ZONE IN THE FIRST PLACE, and its good that he's keeping good on that promise, or trying to anyways, but he sent his friend to an OVERSEAS COMBAT ZONE IN THE FIRST PLACE, even if the idea was Tyce's to begin with (Wouldn't you veto the idea for the sake of your friend? Why is Jace wanting to send Eli to Germany if he's concerned for Eli's sake?)

I dunno. Jace obviously has good intent and means well, but... I dunno. I can't really come to a conclusion on how he is with his friends.
