Who is Jace going to blame next when Eli gets stranded into South America, now that he doesn't have Tyce as a scapegoat anymore?.
Hopefully this just means that one of their friends(Colby?) went into South America on a vacation and they're just advertising it as a "SRS mission, guise!".

Thats not what I meant. I'm surprised it took him as long as it did to raise his concerns, but I guess free(ish) weed and McNuggets for babysitting some mice can be a pretty tempting offer to a former juggalo.
What I trying to state was, it probably isn't Colby unless he got back in with the Nation for whatever the hell reason. Jace himself would (or could) never go, Tyce is out, and Eli just got back and probably is still dealing with the fallout from his first out of country op, not to mention it sounds like he and Jace might not be on the best of terms (with Jace cramming him into the attic and he having suspicions that Jace might secretly be gay).
So if this is legit and not Jace just putting up a front, who is it?

He's probably talking about Mexico probably due to the drug cartels there and Jace is too much of an idiot to know which continent Mexico is on. So if it is Eli getting sent off again he's going off to yet another war zone (depending on where in Mexico he sent him) because of the drug war that's going on.

It bugs me that he says "personnel", that makes it sound like multiple people, though Jace may very well not be aware of the subtle differences of words or intentionally spreading "false-flag intel". Especially since it's already weird that he can send even one person down there given the current manpower situation of DN, and that there's no upcoming next-gen console he could use to lure people into working for him.
