RoboCop is a solid film by itself, but when you get into 2 and 3 it's like triplets with 2 of them being autistic.

It's not as good as the original but I wouldn't call it a bad movie in itself, there are much worse sequels to good movies out there (Highlander II, anyone?). Also this scene has always stuck in my mind, something about it is so creepy.
I watched Robocop 2 as a kid and it gave me nightmares. Even today, Tom Noonan, who played Cain, freaks me the fuck out when I see him in the occasional arthouse movie like Synecdoche, New York. They could not have picked a freakier looking guy.
Anyway, it works okay as grindhouse schlock, but as a sequel to one of the low-key smartest and best-written movies ever made, it's a piece of shit.

Robocop 2 is watchable, if they removed the kid however it would be far better. that little shit ruins the movie.
Batshit crazy Frank Miller wrote the script.
His look, the bluer tint to his armor, is the only good thing about 2.

I do like the concept of Robocop fighting another super cyborg that's completely addicted to some LSD/PCP like drug.
The execution could have been a little better, but I like the concept enough to where I give it a pass.
