Does any one have a good recipe for alpaca chili -

I have a friend who needs to liquidate about 200 alpaca and the best thing we could come up is great big chili cook off and I was wondering if any one here has any helpful tips for cooking alpaca, alternatively if any one knows how to pass off alpaca as low grade beef that would also be appreciated.
