Does he believe in a vidya-verse ala toon-verse? -

Since he believes cartoon characters in general exist in a toon world like Who Framed Roger Rabbit, I was wondering if there were any instances of him extending similar logic to other media like movies or video games. I can totally see him throwing away all that money on that Simpsons touch-n-go game believing that "his" Simpson universe townfolk needed everything to be happy or alive or something.

It wouldn't be a suprise at all if he believed Sonic was real, since he appears in Sonichu, and Sonichu characters exist (at least in his head).

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Christian lost sleep over the conditions his Springfielders had to live through under his rule.

It really depends on whether or not Chris has seen Wreck It Ralph yet. Then, he'll believe by golly.

Well, he seem to have talked to his own creations (and the creations of others, see Megagi La Skunk) on more than one occasion, so the answer is probably yes. Deep down, Chris might know that cartoon characters aren't actually real, but admitting that to himself would take away the only real friends he has, so it will never happen.

Oh god. I just realized that Chris' only "real" friends are his imaginary ones.

That's not true.

Chris' only real friends are the ones he wants to drive away.

If he has given any thought to it, and it pleases him, then yes, he believes in it. At least sometime. Sometimes he'd think it wasn't. But sometimes he'd think it was. Chris does not have a fixed reality. He's had many girlfriends / he's had no girlfriends. He's chatted with female celebrities / everyone is a goddamn troll. Whatever suits him is what he believes. His disconnect from continuity is one of the most telling symptoms of his severe mental illness.

After doing a little bit of Wikipedia-ing, turns out I was actually thinking of Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle! D'oh!

Urm, think of a pun to do with that! (:_(

The Uncertainty Principal was the guy who held down Chris and recorded his screams.

I thought the principal was a definite HOMO?

I imagine Chris as having the four copy set, despite not owning a 3D TV or taking anything larger than a phone out with him. I also imagine Chris as being the type not to see movies at a theater unless he's with somebody else (since he'll manage to be lonely if he doesn't like at that motocross event). That and Barb wpuld probably bitch for him to come home before the movie ends.

Depends on which "Heisenberg" you're referring to (see also: US popular culture). The Heisenberg I would send to deal with Chris could explode :snorlax: and her hoard with a chunk of fulminated mercury, or a bomb strapped to Barb's holey buttocks that she triggers by yelling, "Chris! Chris! Chris! Chris!" *boom*

Mythbusters proved that the fulminated mercury thing was bullshit! ;)

Corollary: It also depends on how much the person asking this question is provoking him and the nature of said provocation.

An everyday person asking for shits and giggles might get a "no, of course not." However, someone like, say, Alec-someone Chris was trying to prove wrong about the relationship between the creator and his creation-would get a "no shit, Sherlock."

Well, we know that, back in simpler times, Chris had a major dedication to his town in Animal Crossing. He worked hard to make that town a beautiful place... Although I guess it was more because of the fact that the chores were digital and didn't require real energy to do them, which of course is always nice. Imagine a game where you could grow sore and tired after a few hours of gaming?

But anyways, back on topic..

While Chris did care for his little town, I'm not sure how much he connected with the animal people that lived within it.. If Chris did believe that videogame worlds were as real as his own, he would probably develop some kind of bond with the critters.. But I don't think he did.

As for Pokémon, that is another question of it's own... Chris might have had some kind of bond with his Pokémon. But unless some magic footage of him talking to his Pokémon during a battle appears, we won't know how he really viewed his digital pets.

Does Chris believe he lives in this universe? His personal reality is suspect at best.

Nonsense. He'd think they'd feel damned lucky to have The One and Only Christ'tard Weetard Chandurr as their unelected El Presidente por Vida. All the people in CWCveria are smiling all the time.

What I wonder is 'how does he reconcile continuity between numerous incompatible fictional worlds'? :geek:
