I don't know if this guy is faking so much as he's got a couple of weens trying to string him along. Think about it. I found out about this guy on Project A.F.T.E.R. He's younger and doesn't seem to have the screwed-up mother, but there are some creepy similarities...

-He's got dreams of being a YT celebrity and great artist.
-Is looking for a girlfriend to meet his high standards. (They've also been tricks by trolls.)
-Also has an obsession with Sonic.

Since he's still a teen, I think he still has some hope to turn things around.
