I'm making this its own thread because fuck it.

So I donated $10 and asked for a character sketch. I asked for my Original Sonichu Fan Character Meowthkip, who I specified as being a big fan of Sonichu and a proud homosexual male.

I just got the donation commission in the mail. Unfortunately, I no longer have a scanner, but I tried to take a picture of it with as high a quality as I could.

I did not come up with any of that. I made no mention of lasagna, any Italian food, hating Mondays or Garfield the Cat. That was 100% Chris.

Also yes, that's where the peg goes in when the lid is closed. It clicks shut.

I gotta say, I'm glad you went with the gay man route, instead of the much more common lesbian wanting to trib Chris.

People should realize: Chris isn't completely the raving jackass people think he is. He can actually take a lot of discomfort before he flips out. In the past we've always made it look like he was a raving jackass because we omitted the extensive prodding we did to work him up into a frenzy. Telling Chris you're a lesbian just because you're trying to asspat him is boring and a waste of time. He's not going to get angry and call you a jerk if you tell him you're a gay man.

It's much more interesting to put Chris into slightly uncomfortable situations and see how the autism interprets them.

I kind of did come up with this character originally in like, 2008, so it's been a bit dated. He certainly didn't object, which is nice. I'd like to think that he doesn't hate them homo males like he used to, considering he's friendly with drag queens and all.

I think this is utterly marvellous! The lasagna line genuinely is Chris and his random access humour at it's finest. I'm impressed at the actual effort put into the drawing as well, considering it was just at the ten dollar donation point and you made sure he knew he was a homosexual.


Like Marvin I think Chris is a lot more tolerant and not the unflinching, bigoted lunatic some people believe him to be

Y'know, for future requests, maybe someone should actually try this.

Don't suggest that Sonichu himself is also gay, but make it some sort of unrequited love situation. See how Chris reacts. I'm leaning towards a sympathetic reaction on Chris' part. But if he gets cranky, that should be funny too.

Story time!

When I donated to Chris, I requested a Silvana Rosechu, because I like to imagine her actually empty character as an indipendent evil woman that's ready to do whatever she feels is needed to reach her objectives, and I would have liked a plain drawing of her.
Only after the fact I realized my great error: to mention another character I like, Magi-chan, in the request!

and that's what I got

In one hand, it utterly clashes with my interpretation of both the characters, in the other, Chris said only one character drawing per donation, but those are actually two, and that's really nice.

On a side note, I have proof that She doesn't have only Rosechu stickers with her address.

Woah that's actually pretty awesome! It makes you wonder why anybody would want to pay Chris 50 dollars for a non coloured drawing when you can get one from him for just ten dollars that in theory represents another page of Sonichu, good work

I'm guessing it's a reference to Garfield. Cuz y'know... Garfield loves lasagna and... they're both cats... and... hm.
