Just use protonmail

I just use a burner number whenever I need to make a throwaway Gmail account, but Protonmail is definitely my go-to for any kind of personal mail.
If you don't have a burner number or your burner number doesn't work for Google verification, you can also use Felix Merchant or similar sites to receive verification codes without disclosing your real phone number/identity.

You don't even get a confirmation email, though you can get password resets from the system if you have an email.

I used my gmail account to test the system and the various email headers like DCIM and it's fine. I think it's just that it's a brand new account you made and then for whatever reason they detected suspicious activity. Use protonmail or cock.li
