Some surgeons do require that you get a shrink to sign off on it, but the troon cult will tell those seeking SRS on how to get their shrink to sign off on it. Basically Informed Consent forms state you waive all responsibility off the doctor and onto yourself. Imagine if they did this with lobotomies.

No. Informed consent is for a hormone prescription - they are signing a whole fuckload more consent forms and documents for any type of surgery. Even for the most minor procedure you sign a pretty good stack, but for a procedure like this I’m really curious and would love to see the binding mediation agreements they obviously sign.

There are a few lawyers out there getting down to the nitty gritty and all the rights you sign away for getting an experimental surgery who’s results are by their nature meant to destroy some functions. I’d really like to read the fine print.

Yup, they are all low-income Medicaid patients and medicaid is obviously the bread and butter for her practice. Anybody with a job or money would not go to her practice. But also in fairness to Rumer she’s probably working with a lot of really mentally ill, poor crazy people. Anybody in the medical field who works with Medicaid patients can attest you get some of the most unhinged, unhygienic and stupid people imaginable. (Not saying everyone on Medicaid is like this, but basically if you’ve got nothing you get Medicaid so it widely covers the very bottom of the barrel.)

The fact that these people read the reviews of the doctor and go well, I could try to work and save money to go to a more reputable surgeon, seek out a job that offers insurance coverage, or just go to the lady because it’s fast and free shows you they aren’t exactly the bright lights.

With this came many progressive companies taking the initiative of offering transgender health coverage – including surgical benefits to their employees – to show inclusion of all in the workplace and retain high-demand skillsets with competitive benefit packages. Over the years, more and more companies followed the lead and are now offering such coverage. Even the latest headlines are reflective of this trend; in June, for example, we saw Starbucks announce an expanded health insurance plan for transgender employees. The second development was the Affordable Care Act, which made it illegal for all major health plans to exclude transition-related care from coverage. This made transgender health insurance coverage a reality for so many and created better access to transgender care across the nation. It also included coverage for all care related to gender transitions, like gender-affirmation surgeries. These two developments, working in combination, prompted the sudden influx in demand for such surgeries. However, this demand collided head-on with the severe lack in the supply of competent, well-trained surgical specialists in the U.S. The result? Transgender patients are now facing extensive surgery wait times – spanning anywhere from two to four years – given there are very few surgeons in this highly specialized field of plastic and reconstructive surgery and urology. To make matters worse, severely undertrained surgeons have started to enter the specialty to help meet the demand – which, as you can imagine, is an invitation to dire consequences. In a recent letter submitted to the World Professional Association of Transgender Health, red flags were raised by concerned postoperative transgender patients related to this issue. The letter requested the creation of specific accreditation for surgical membership within the professional organization and the maintenance of a database that accurately tracks surgeon's applicable experience and training. This request was the result of the observed prevalence of undertrained and inexperienced surgeons, who have claimed to have unsubstantiated and, in many cases, untruthful training and experience in order to enter the provider market. Moreover, this points to the lack of verifiable information that exists in this regard, enabling inexperienced surgeons access to the transgender community without the proper skills required to keep surgical complications to a minimum. This includes everything from having the knowledge of psychotherapy and hormone therapy leading up to the procedure to being trained to manage and treat any potential complications that could arise following the surgery. Without proper training, surgeons are doing more harm than good. Now, more than ever before, there's a clear need for better access to credible and experienced transgender surgeons in the U.S. We can do this by developing comprehensive training programs focused specifically on transgender surgery, which, in turn, results in more experts in the highly specialized field of plastic and reconstructive surgery and urology. These trainings need to go beyond the surgical procedures to include all those key aspects of transgender care that I mentioned previously. The goal of these programs is to allow for more access to timely care, prevent inexperienced surgeons from putting patients at risk of complications and ensure patient transitions are successful. We also must establish a transgender surgery board-certification that can provide the patient community with the validation of surgeons' training and experience. As of now, no certification exists, making it hard for patients to know if their surgeons are truly credible. Until created, it's imperative that patients seeking gender-affirmation surgery thoroughly verify their surgeons' expertise. Knowing how long the surgeon has been performing, and how many of procedures he or she has performed, is key. The good news is that we're already making progress on the training front. In the last year, new transgender training programs have launched – including the one at Hahnemann University Hospital – that are aimed at developing highly skilled transgender surgeons to address these issues. If we continue on this path, we can ensure better access to highly qualified surgeons who can provide the care that the transgender community deserves. IN GENERAL, it is not abnormal in even the best practice to get one or 2 bullshit malpractices filed and settled in court because the costs of going to court exceed the claims. One person I know who got malpractic'd and is an amazing doctor got it because his patient would never do vaginal exams for check-ups etc. to the extent of not even doing it despite her complaints of pain there but then she ended up with cervical cancer and sued.... completely bs I know but "winning" in court for some physicians is more costly than just giving the retard their tendies. (This was a family physician btw aka least risk of malpractice compared to surgeons).

As far as surgery goes, let's say your patient is a smoker or does drugs and does NOT tell the anesthesiologist.... you will likely die under general. Or lets say you smoke after surgery despite the plastic surgeon saying NO SMOKING and then your tissue goes necrotic and dies because of no blood supply. These are lawsuits waiting to happen from patient retardation. Also, we all know troons never take care of their nightmare holes. So boards slapping on the wrist for this type is probably far too common. We also know that even "good" srs looks like the devil xirself and that it is normal for granulations, dehissance (suture opening), secondary infections, necrotic tissue etc. because of the nature of the surgery site. This is actually standard for a lot of outside surgeries in the genital region as the bloodflow is difficult there (especially if you're fat) and it's a biohazard. Thus boards would likely ignore these claims because it's par for the course for genital reconstructions.

HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOUR DOCTOR IS IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE BOARD

MOST STATE BOARD COMPLAINTS settle during arbitration and without license revocation (for those of you who don't know , in America you have to register in the state you are in). So if we are taking the Red Menace doctor who is in Texas this is the standards for Texas. They state clearly on their site that 90% of complaints are settled without need for further reprimand. (Texas has the largest medical center in the country, other notable mentions for cosmetic amholes are California and Colorado)

Well I'm on the same page there. I do believe the psychiatric diagnosis of gender dysphoria, as it existed prior to current lunacy, is valid when reached by actual medical practice like differential diagnosis. I also think the WPATH guidelines, as they existed prior to current troon supremacy, were a good way of avoiding needless harm.

This opinion, that science and medicine are actually worth considering, is currently considered "truscum" or "transmedicalist" or other slurs.

For the last couple decades, I've been regularly disgusted with the LGB "community."
