I was curious about it. Learned that these are actually made for senior citizens, so if they live alone and fall, or have a medical emergency, they press the button. "A signal is sent to the base unit, and a monitoring professional from the home security company will contact the user to determine if they need assistance and what kind. The monitoring professional will immediately notify the appropriate personnel, such as the fire department, emergency medical personnel or law enforcement."

So, Rhys is a youngish, 6 foot tall, 200lbs troon, and he's wearing a panic button designed for 80+ year olds with health conditions or who need monitering for their safety.
