The other day, famous dermatologist YouTuber, Dr. Sandra Lee posted a highly anticipated video of her removing a huge lipoma from somebody's neck. She'd been teasing this vid for months. She thought it would be kind to put the video behind a paywall to raise money for Hurricane Harvey victims. Well. her fans lost their fucking shit. Over 6,000 accounts have given the video a thumbs down.

While the people reeeing in the comments are idiots, the fact that it's stated as "part" of the proceeds will go to charities is the warning sign to me. Technically sending $.01 out of every dollar is sending part of the proceeds on. Now if it was stated "all of the proceeds from this video will be going to ____ charity" it wouldn't look so skeevy.
