all right to end this today's pre stream I have a huge announcement because I have been inspired all right I've been inspired now I'm gonna be honest with everyone I've never had any aspirations to be a politician or to be involved in politics in fact I make it a actual dogma of mine something that I followed very strictly since I've been on YouTube to never never really talk about politics or religion because I do feel that politics and religion are the two polarizing factors worldwide that sadly will turn someone off and what I'm sitting here and I'm playing a video game and I'm enjoying the game or I'm raging at the game or whatever I want that to be the experience that you think about now man feels really doing a great stream right now but it's too bad that he believes in this political belief to idle and I can't support him and I'm turning the stream op s all it's about I mean that's not what I want to be about all right however as the results of this election have unfolded Donald Trump is now it was going to be the president of the United States there's no one doing that now this is proven this is proven that it doesn't matter what is in your past it doesn't matter what you've said you have a chance to be the president of the United States of America because bottom line is ladies and gentlemen if someone who in their past has said that they will just grab the someone who in the past has said really derogatory and negative things about women constantly someone who is a sexist someone who is more than likely a biggie I can't prove it but based off of things he said I could probably say Donald Trump is at least bigoted in some way then again aren't we all i think that a lot of us have little predetermined prejudices and stuff i'm not saying it's good i'm just saying error its or it's okay i'm just saying it is armed Donald Trump in 1998 literally said a quote in a magazine I think one day I'll run for president and i'll definitely be the Discussing politics in a civil and productive way can be difficult even for intelligent and informed people. So Phil is about the worst person imaginable to even attempt it. Just yelling "WRONG" at someone who says something that you disagree with is absolutely pathetic. Obviously though no discussion ever occurs in Phil's echo chamber of ignorance and misinformation.
Just expressing political opinions however can also be difficult for intelligent and informed people. From what I've seen Phil is either factually wrong or grossly misinformed about 95% of the time no matter what hes talking about. He will form an opinion about something when he has barely any information about it and then staunchly defended it as if he is absolutely certain it's the only possible correct one.
Can you imagine what it must be like to be wrong about everything, no matter what it is, pretty much all the time and have irrefutable evidence that you are wrong shoved in your face repeatedly and still argue that you are correct.

The Democrats are calling him out on it and the Republicans are acting like it never happened. weren't you creating or did you want to create a channel called DSP politics at some point I was considering it I actually was considering it here's what I was thinking I was thinking since with all the political stuff going on in the past year was actually late last year I was considering this I said what would happen if I made a channel on YouTube just to discuss politics right and I have different the thing is I'm an independent I'm not a Republican I'm not a Democrat at times I have views on either side of the spectrum depending on what's going on and I think that having an independent view like that is actually refreshing because nine times out of ten when you look on the internet you see something that's either ultra polarizing right or ultra polarizing left it's hard to get like a balanced opinion on most stuff political um for various reasons so I was debating doing this but a lot of people talked me out of it they were like Phil you have to understand that politics are very divisive and if you come out for and against certain political agendas or whatever you're gonna have people who literally cannot separate your gameplay your daily live streams and your videos on YouTube that have nothing to do with politics from your political stances and there's gonna be people that are gonna be so turned off by you mix not really mixing the two cuz I wouldn't be mixing the two but the fact that you have something political on the internet that it's gonna hurt you ultimately and you know what I listen to that advice I said all right for now let's hold off okay um and then look what happened in 2017 right a lot of political style videos and channels got demonetised on youtube youtube say Oh politics is not advertiser friendly much like they said that my game reviews apparently weren't advertiser friendly even though everything on ko gaming absolutely was advertiser friendly so I'm Allison glad that I did not invest a bunch of time and money into the political spectrum of doing a political channel cuz could you imagine if I did and it took off and then all of a sudden I went from actually you know having a good following and making money to basically doing nothing cuz YouTube's a bunch of fucking retards so guess what um I'm not going to do I'm not I'm not at this point I have no aspirations to be a person who stands on a soapbox and talks about politics all the time if I feel I need to bring something up like net neutrality every once in a while I will but you're not gonna hear me being mr. political all the time bottom line is I'm a gamer I'm here to share my fun gameplay experiences with you guys and be honest with you about games and that's it that's what you really come out to see you don't come out to hear me fucking lecture you on certain things so there you have all right

says will I ever get into the political scene listen it's definitely a possibility and what I mean by that is i'm going to be running for office probably not what I ever talk about politics possibly the few times i've talked about politics on twitter seems to get a pretty positive overall reaction the bottom line though is that politics is one of those things that's very very divisive and if you say one thing to one side or one thing to the other side the bottom line is that people could basically get turned off from the stuff that you're mainly known for right so let's be honest here if I come out and I say a very polarizing political statement because as part of my personal beliefs um and people are either disagreement or you may be offended by that statement chances are they may say well that's it i'm not going to watch Phil streams anymore i'm not going to watch those videos anymore because he's ideologically on the other side from where i am and i can't support someone who's like that i personally think that's ridiculous i think that if you're an intelligent adult and I mature adult you realize that you can have a disagreement with someone would still respect them and watch them for the things that they're known for you know i'm known as being a gamer an entertainer a youtuber and a streamer i cover new releases i release review games i have fun streams now with everyone interactive streams i have fun playthroughs on youtube that's what I'm known for just because like say something politically that maybe you don't agree with doesn't mean that the other stuff I do isn't fun anymore you know what I mean but that's what I mean I'd be very afraid I'm not necessarily afraid i'll be very apprehensive to jump into a political realm and start making political statements as when you know what's gonna happened it will be a segment of my audience who may be turned off so I considered it actually talked about a couple months ago that I made that would be the time right strike when the iron is hot as they say okay um now that the politics are the political climate is hot both in Europe and America it may be time to start doing that kind of stuff right now i'm mainly enjoying focusing on my gameplay streams changing my gameplay streams into something there are more interactive and more fun and making my twitch channel more successful politics is something I could always jump into it anytime okay all right whoa shout out to earn Owens we just said we could still drink beer and play games together if we disagree politically he did a 1000 bit cheer for that one thank you err knowing I agree for me there's people out there okay well i 100% disagree with some of the things that they say about politics but i find them entertaining i find them having good personalities and overall generally being good people so i can still watch their content whether it's a user youtuber or they're an actor or there are a filmmaker whoever they are you know what i mean like there's some people out there I really disagree with ideologically with some of the things they stand for but I could still go watching a movie they make or something I thought that doesn't stand in the way of the enjoyment of their art you know what I mean um but that's just me a lot of people aren't like that you know all right um so there you have it

being I'm a game play channel and I primarily just do raw gameplay of video games with commentary you know and I'm not constantly strumming up drama or talking about politics or controversial topics or being inappropriate um

alright and now we've got another guy talking crazy political politics into the ten bits here and I'm not going to read it because as nothing to do with anything and I already told you all my streams are not going to be about politics so if you're going to come in here to talk about being part of the left or the right and you believe in this you believe that you could do it to yourself or talk of the scene chat but I'm not going to be reading any cheers relating to these kind of polarizing politics because that's not what this stream is about okay then all right thank you
