So much about DSP and his finances are fascinating. They should have an intervention style show just on him.

I am no expert, but I used to have to help people in the military with their finances (one of the many unofficial tasks of a NCO).

His handling of the Condo is so fucking stupid. Right now, they will never foreclose on the condo. The Condo is worth so little that whatever HOA/fees shit they get out of Phil is more than they would get taking the fucking thing outright.

If he was smart, he would rent it out for two reasons.

1) it would offset his net cost at the very least or perhaps even make a profit.

2) if he could show the fucking thing had a paying tenet, it would make more sense for the bank to foreclose on it because it would have more value.

Why didn't he take care of this a decade ago? His decision making skills are so bad.

I'm serious about the intervention show. Like with therapists, psychs, and a financial planner...all that shit. Get a production company. It would be a fascinating 8 episode arc as Phil learns nothing and just insults experts.

Anyone know the most efficient way to track superchats other than actually watching the stream live? My sanity can only take so much of this fat fuck in a single sitting and I assume he'll delete the livestream after it ends.

Maybe this website can help you, I don't know how much metric data it will give you in regards to specific superchat donations but it seems to just sum up the total amount over a certain period.

It might take some time to update as well, hopefully someone else could find something to track things easier for you. I can hardly tolerate that greezy roach most of the time, I just stick to detractor re-streamers 95% of the time.
