Yeah, I'll admit: between having to figure out new apartment arrangements and work, DF completely slipped my mind. Apologies for letting everyone down on it, but I think it'll be more amusing to simply watch this shit-show unfold.

I waited and waited for my replacement to arrive but they never came. I decided not to let a good tragedy go to waste and took advantage of the situation, I shall oversee Brassnature for another year.
First I take stock of who we have and my my, we have a lot of peasants.
Lucky for them they will find themselves very busy in our first milita squad "The Boulders of Bone"
I also took some time on the surface to fortify our entrance to help us defend when filithy goo niggers (goblins) come up from their pits to finish the dwarven genocide they have been commiting.
It was up here when I noticed a dwarf on the floor near the swamp. He was just finishing but I decided to check him out and he seems to be quite the character... I looked at his kills and;
I'm sure 4 kills is not much but on closer look. He is an anarchist hedonist who will "Freely cheat anyone at any time" and has a deep dislike of the natural world and he dreams of world domination. Oh yer and hes only 19.
I am looking for name suggestions for this absolute mad lad. He is a brewer right now but has a background in fishing.
Quite a few months pasted with not much fan fair, I wanted to enhance our production and centralize it to minimize waste. I did this by expanding our meeting area and creating stock piles to the north for all our production needs.
Besides that I also expanded our bedrooms;
I will share my updates as they come, needless to say I am looking for more players, just say if you want to play and I will work on a "First come first serve".

I know it's a girl name, but I'm partial to Charybdis (though I guess it would clash with his distaste for the natural world). Brewery => whirlpools, and the water connection with fishing.
Second suggestion is Satyr, as the nature relation would be ironic. They were very hedonistic, and often characterized by their ribaldry.
Probably. It's DAMN hard to keep these going. I've tried and tried to get into DF but I am clearly just not autistic enough.
Respect to the autists who really get into it, and I love reading the stories that get generated while 'diggy diggy hole' plays in the background, but I think I'm destined to remain a filthy casual fan.
Kinda. I tried to upgrade my save to the newest version of dwarf fortress but things are a little bit funny and I lost the save. We could start a new form with the newest version since the last Version made things a lot more accessible and the force is a lot less likely to fall into a tantrum spiral.
Some faggot actually has to do a fort and leave it for someone. Apparently, while everyone on this site is completely autistic, they're also too low IQ to leave a fort behind.

I was interested, but passed after getting intimidated by the complexity. I felt like when I was in control, the fort would completely fall apart. While that would be no different than anyone else's playthrough, not only would I not be able to attempt to mitigate it effectively, I don't know if I'd be able to figure out how and why it was falling apart to at least tell am interesting narrative.

Hey if you ever decide to try this again you bet I'm gonna take part next time! I love this insane, 'spergy little game and who knows - maybe one day we'll have a succession fort story good enough to rival Boatmurdered or Syrupleaf!
