I made it clear to him that the threadban is remaining, and -if- he ever has content to provide, to reach out to a moderator.
But I also told him that I will no longer respond to his PMs, unless he actually has content, because our PMs with him are a substitute for the attention he got from this thread, and I won't enable him further.
