I'm not sure why it's surprising that someone making 40-50K a year, "tax free" is living pretty well on chokers and takeout in BFE Kentucky. Like, her monthly fixed expenses, including rent and car insurance are probably under 1K. That leaves about 3K a month in disposable income.
