I think she re-reads this book. She's had it forever and introduced it in a video a loooong time ago as one of her "great reads".

So she reads like ten books at once and makes it a page or two in before starting a new one. That's like watching ten movies in ten minute intervals over the course of a year. Just brilliant. She's been reading IT for like 2 months or something and that's about 250 pages into that print. The book is like 1200 pages Amberlynn you're not even gonna remember the fine details and plot lines by the time you finish. Albeit thats a long slog of a story to get through, AL watched the movie and thought it'd be a breeze to sweep through without factoring in the length and the already existing books she's apparently reading and her diehard laziness. Everything she does is so bingey. Don't buy three book marks buy a hundred. Don't read one or maybe two books start eight at the same time. Just binge patterns all around.

Here's a request that she gets so many of - read a book and do a five minute review on youtube. Any book at all she's read. Dont hold it up and say "so good, this book is super good I recommend it" sit down for five minutes and talk about it. People typically equate reading books with some level of intelligence so I'm guessing she thinks it makes her look smart. I have a real :autism: fascination with whether or not she's actually reading these books or if she's just halfassing it a few pages in then fucking off entirely.

- Amber starts by doing a "surprise" reveal of ...snow. She acts like it has never happened before in the history of mankind.
- Amber rambles about info shared on the last episode, aka her binge. I skipped to the opening of packages. Didn't Krystal give her bookmarks for Xmas? Did she finally discovered Wish/Ali express/some other place that sells cheap Chinese crap?
- Look! I read! On my hobo burrow mess of a "bed". I don't know about you guys, but I grab whatever is available and suitable to use as a bookmark. I'll only change it the next time I pick the book up. Amber, otoh, already has all the cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute bookmarks inside the books.
- shows a book with a bookmark in it. Says she's still on page one. Already has a bookmark in (possibly because page one is sooooooo hard to find, right?). The bookmark is a good 20 pages in.
- Annoying segment with Eric which I'm skipping. I'm tempted to Google pet groomers in their town and send the addresses to him. What he has on his head right now is beyond what any hairdresser could fix, but groomers are used to badly cared for poodles.
- Bothersome noises, all 3 of them attached to their phones, Amber squeals giggles and I skip.
- We get to the meat and potatoes of the video: food. She takes the taco shells and put them in the (disgustingly dirty) over. Honest question, why would she do that?
- The meat is...sad and looks under-cooked. Again, honest question. I'm lead to believe that traditionally mushrooms are used as a substitute for meat as it has a meaty flavor. Am I wrong in that assumption? Amber doesn't show how much she used, but my guess is that she used a whole tube of "meat" and a whole basket of mushrooms.
- Says she doesn't use any oil to cook (even though the slop looks greasy) and dumps some water in the pot. In goes a whole package of taco seasoning (it's a lot). Yuck.
- a ton of lettuce is actually less than two handfuls. The slop goes on top and then 4 spoons of salsa (she claims they're teaspoons. They're not). Add some cheese and then 3 taco shells for "crunch". Adds another shell.
- Amber making noises, eating with her mouth open and speaking with a full mouth. Skip.
- something about a door, more chewing with open mouth and speaking with her mouth full which I'm also skipping.
- Defends her slop. "Some people" (read the hadurs) say it looks like mush. Amber proceeds to say "whatever" and chew more food with her mouth open while she adjusts her phone.
- Moves the camera towards Becky who behaves like a properly educated person who takes small bites, closes her mouth to chew and actually chews her food before swallowing. She also refused to speak because there was food in her mouth. Compared to Amber she's a perfect princess.
- Opens the door so we can see the snow one more time. Amberism of the day: "the deeper out it goes the more high the snow goes". Make of it what you wish.
- I give up. Last image i saw was of her burrow again. I'm tempted to bet she will sleep on top of her books. (if memory serves - I'm trying really hard to forget - when she showed the books at the beginning of the video there was still daylight. On the last scene I saw, it was dark).

A few personal observations on the meal:
- the plate is almost overflowing.
- It seems to me that she knows she's going overboard with some of the things, so she stops and then adds more (done it with the salsa and the shells). I'm not sure she does it to fool the audience or herself.
- the two of them used less than one quarter of a head of lettuce. I don't know about you, but when I make a salad vegetables are the main ingredient. What she did should be properly called "slop-looking-tube meat with a little bit of lettuce".

ok I am fairly new to this cow but is that seriously what she considers a healthy meal?? Of course you don't need to cook with oil when there is enough fat in the low quality meat she uses to substitute for it. Why does she continually say she's adding one serving of this or that...even had a cup to measure 1/4 cup of cheese. Just sprinkle a little bit of cheese and crunch up one taco shell into smaller pieces. You don't have to use "one serving" of everything.

Out of curiosity I wanted to look up the macros for the taco salad she made for dinner. This was a rough estimate. The weight would be flying off of her if she ate around this range at 3 meals a day.

I know it was a rhetorical question, but I'll share my thoughts anyway. I think it's for the same reason she lied on the Weight Watchers app to get more points. She's addicted to food and will do anything (even tell an app she's heavier than she is) to get more of it.

Remember the video where she and Becky were eating tacos? She was horrified that Becky said that by eating slower she can savor the food. Her counterargument was that by eating faster she can get more food.

It doesn't matter what type of diet she chooses, you can be certain she'll always eat every single morsel she's allowed (and then some, as you saw on the video - added another spoon of salsa and an extra taco shell).

@Mr.Scalfani, her "salad" had 4 taco shells, 4 spoons of salsa, half a pack of the seasoning and half a pound of tube meat (I refuse to call that turkey meat).

Exactly...I'm shocked the queen of moderation doesn't realize you don't have to use a full serving of everything.

And a side note that's bugged me since Destiny era....does it seem like she always cooks her food with the burner too high? Her pots of slop and skillets of meat are always steaming away like they're constantly on high heat. That meat has got to be rubbery or dry as hell.

Of course in AL's mind there's no way something can be "unhealthy" as long as it had the word salad in it.
Besides that, Never understood the logic of "add a bunch of shit to a salad until it doesn't taste like a salad."
If you don't like salads, don't make them! You can lose weight by eating healthy things that aren't salad.
