I am not against guns; I have been to the range a couple of times and have shot a few guns and want to eventually own one or two myself. But EDP is forgetting an important fact about being a gun owner, he's BLACK. He has a higher chance of being assaulted/arrested/shot as a black man with a gun than a white man with a gun even if he has the gun legally. (See Philandro Castille.) Black gun owners in Texas were arguing about this back in 2016 and it's a still an issue.
