Mexican, hard to eyeball and figure out, but I'm trying.

Cup of dirty rice - 280-300
Half cup of boiled chicken - 120
1/4 cup broccoli - 16
1/4 cup cauliflower 6
1/4 cup carrots - 20
1/4 avocado - 80
2 tbsp pico de gallo - 10?

Steak and Shake-

Chili cup(probably- if not it's a chili bowl at 880) - 440
Oyster crackers - 130
Guacamole double steak burger - 670
Regular fries - 440

So we saw her eat around 2500 calories.

She says 'full bowl' so 2940 calories if your other estimates are accurate. Cut out the iced chai and only spring for the cup of chili every next time and anything else other than zero calorie water that was off camera gets dropped, she's almost at normal person intake of calories a day. Almost. Too bad healthy eating isn't a game of horseshoes I guess?
