I saw this guy mentioned in another page so...

First of all, he always said he can't be a weeaboo because he's japanese, well aren't you a disgrace to your country for being some racist pedo. Any negative comment to him and he just tells them to leave, even though they mean it as feedback..

First, someone mentioned that he had an "accent". He does not have an accent, he has a speech impediment; a pretty pronounced one. He's a little bit hard to listen to because of it. I suspect he was bullied pretty badly for it; hence his "kill yourself now" and other unkind tweets to pretty much everyone. Second, if the stories are true, he has been having sex with underaged girls which is illegal in the United States. "But he's in Japan", you might be thinking. Doesn't matter. It's illegal for United States Citizens to go to foreign countries and have sex with underaged girls. Many pedos try that in Bangkok and places like that and get into huge trouble in the United States. The US could extradite him and put him on trial if these reports are true and can be proven.

Now, if that is enough to get me banned, so be it.

He'd have grown up speaking German and likely English and possibly have learned Japanese from his father. That's possible. Autism is usually connected to "social skills" though and if it was autism, this person might not be able to maintain a popular YouTube channel. But you might be right. He definitely does not speak "normally" and it's not an accent as some have stated; it's actually some sort of speech impairment.

But the idea about this person is that he's "Japanese and German" and is not an American, which would mean he either grew up in Japan or grew up in Germany. I know that he lived with his grandmother in Alaska (and his cousins lived close, which means his mother's side of the family is likely American) for a time so I suspect he went to Japan in his late teens but did not grow up there. Which means, according to these people, that he would have grown up in Germany. Meaning he would have absolutely been able to speak German as that's the "Mother tongue" in that country, even though many of them also speak English. I suspect that this person grew up in the United States and went to Japan in his late teens. Whether or not he was "born in Japan", who knows? That's the claim.

Yeah I'm pretty sure Shine always lived in America. He was living in Alaska the whole time I knew any detail about his personal life.

Nah, he's German-American, as in American of German descent. Not unusual, German Americans are actually (at one point were) the single largest ethnic group in the country. It was said specifically in the very first pastebin in the OP that he has dual citizenship, and its implied Japanese-American, not Japanese-German citizenship (which is key in that case because the alleged victim is also American). Also, we should put a disclaimer in the OP that Lindsay is possibly full of shit and unreliable, so her post should be taken with a grain of salt. And link to her thread.

The first time I talked to shine was in 2015 though Snapchat. I was really happy he leaked the name of his account on youtube or instagram. At this time I was 13 years old. He told me I was pretty with my long blond hair but I would look better with more make-up. He also liked that I'm german. Of course I was madly in love with him and I wanted to be anything he liked. Gladly my parents didnt let me go to japan and I stayed at home. He asked me when i will be able to come and I replied I could come when I finnished school in 2020. I was very sad about waiting so long until i can meet him in reallife. He often asked me if I have a boyfriend yet and I always said no, im only interested in you. (I was very determinded to become his girlfriend). One day he texted me he wants to delete his snapchat because it would be too much efford to reply all these ppl so he gave me his skype name.
