The thing is we dont know what caused the internet to go out. It could have been a squirrel teething on the cables. Could have been a crack head stripping the wires for scrap.

As someone whose favorite museum happens to be technically part of that military base, I don't know that Antifa would want to try to go after Wright-Pat. We're not just talking about an airbase, we're talking about the largest air base in the world and home of USAF airlift command. Rumors of actual black budget shit have always surrounded the place and it is literally fuck huge. It's the only thing worth seeing in Dayton.
