The obese man there is Zac Amico, who is an "actor" (I use that term very loosely) for c-level horror movie studio Troma and a very weird person in his own right. Luis J. Gomez and Big Jay Oakerson are standup comedians who, like pretty much every other standup comedian these days, now host podcasts as a side gig.
