I wasn't gonna share what I'm about to yet since I wanted to wait and see if it would go anywhere, but I actually did contact the FBI about Emma's behavior and forwarded them all of her personal information and online aliases that we know of so far. I also told them about how she groomed and encouraged Ninja (a child) to create violent and graphic material involving child characters. The operator I spoke to encouraged me to also call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and I did just that.

I've been researching Child Pornography laws in the U.S. (specifically California as that's where Emma's located) and despite California law not considering sketches, drawings, animations, and/or anime involving child characters to count as child pornography, I still think it's reasonable to say that there's enough evidence here for an Obscenity charge.

By producing material that sexualizes children and child characters (supplying the demands of potential degenerates and predators), circulating it via posting it to a public forum (AO3), indulging in that content (proven by her leaving "kudos" on stories such as camicole's fanfictions), and again, grooming and encouraging a child to produce obscene material; Emma has shown time and time again that she is a danger to children. She also confirms that she lives with her family, a family that contains two small children. Emma, you create child porn in a fandom that consists of minors, the source material of said fandom (Fanboy & Chum Chum) being geared towards children. You've interacted with several minors over the internet and you live with two young children. You are NOT a safe individual and you cannot be trusted around kids.

The last thing I wanna have happen is for history to repeat itself and this situation become a carbon copy of what happened with "PaulandAmy" or Nick Bate.

Also good job letting your ego get the better of you Emma. Now anyone who isn't a die-hard fan of yours is gonna look up this thread and discover just how depraved a person you are.

First of all I'm happy that ninja is getting help and I hope in a few years when they're of legal age they can share on this thread their experiences with Emma. Also I hope the FBI looks this up and that they arrest her or at least call her out. To be honest it surprises me no one has sent an email to a news outlet about her. I mean an online artist who was friend with a director of a TV show at nickelodeon that got disowned due to the director finding out she made NSFW works of his underage characters and that has groomed a minor to create that type of work would be truly a juicy report

That's not a bad idea. Even if the law can't clamp down on her despite all the evidence we have because of dumb specifications (the US justice system is completely scuffed from what I've seen), that could at least put enough of a stain on her reputation so that minors, parents, guardians, future employers, etc. will know to keep their kids as far away from her as possible. I take no joy at all from the idea of screwing someone over like that, but seeing as she's refused to change or get help time and time again, plus the fact that she's only gotten worse? I'm down to do almost anything if it means keeping her the hell away from kids.

Yeah like that's the only thing we can do when a disgusting creature like her (because people like her shouldn't be consider human at all) so that everyone knows their true colors. I mean I've heard that a lot of people sent emails to news outlets about that vegan teacher and one outlet from fox did make a a report about her. And that vegan teacher it's just a crazy vegan imagine what they could do with an "influencer" that it's a known pedophile who creates art about abusing children and that was disowned by that series creator and even went as far as to groom a minor not even close to age of consent to create that type of works. Yeah it screams juicy in bold. We could do it by a lot of people coming together with all of these evidences we have here and sending emails to news outlet in her area. Plus the fact that you have tipped both the fbi and the center for missing children would probably make it juicier for news outlets

This is an especially dumb complaint for her to make/express considering that she's been making and indulging in NSFW fanfictions/content as far back as 2013, and seeing as in the DeviantArt screenshot below she claims to have been 10 years old when FBACC initially aired. And seeing as the show first aired in the year 2009, that means she was about 13-14 years old (a minor) when she was first starting to create and post sexual content based on the Fanboy and Chum Chum tv show. She's basically being a massive hypocrite is what I'm trying to say.

Emma's returned to instagram and it looks like she has no intention of mentioning any the things she's done/has been called out for. Even if anyone was to comment on her posts or DM her about what's been going on, she'd likely just delete their comment and block them without replying. Earlier in this thread I mentioned how I contacted the FBI about her behavior and forwarded them her information (on March 9-10). It's now April 3rd and I've gotten no update on that, so I'm guessing they dropped it.

It's clear nobody in her personal life is gonna hold her accountable for her actions. Plus, I've put so much time into this thread and spreading awareness on her behavior that I have no intention of putting this situation to rest, not until she's far away from kids and can't produce, circulate, or indulge in this content anymore. Let me know what you guys think cause I'm at a bit of a loss at the moment.

She's not a physical danger to children, in my opinion, so she's not worth reporting to the media or police because it'd be a waste of their time.

I already did an FBI tip over the possible grooming / contacting minors on social media. My bet though is that they have bigger fish to fry as far as pedo shit goes (e.x. such as the Dark Net child porn / sex trafficking rings).

You would think that some concerned christian would tip her parents or brother about it. I don't think they know about what she is doing, at all. Not a bad idea. I don't think I'd be the best person to start the twitter thread, seeing as even with a new throwaway alias, people would likely find and/or reference this thread and immediately assume me to be the one behind it, and I don't wanna bring any unnecessary bullshit to the farms. It'd probably be best to have a user/group of users who've lurked on this thread (and have had little to no interaction on this page and/or haven't expressed support for it) to start it. Also, for anyone who has ideas but doesn't wanna directly share them to the thread (or for anyone who wants to expound upon any of the ideas that have been presented), feel free to pm me.
