Yeah, but even if she hadn't used it as a tool for grooming, kids are still gonna find rule 34 content even if they aren't purposely seeking it out. (My first ever run-in with Rule 34 content happened when I was only 8-9 years old, and all I was doing was looking up pokemon fanart I thought was cool )

Emma's presence in the Fbacc fandom acts as a double-edged sword in this case. On one end, Emma's only become one of the most notable people in the fandom due to it being so miniscule compared to bigger fanbases like BNHA or Friday Night Funkin. But on the flip-side of this, it's super easy to identify/weed out which creators in the fandom are writing and creating smut content. That's why it's so damn easy to find the NSFW accounts she keeps making. Hardly anyone gives as much of a fuck about Fanboy and Chum Chum as Emma does, and because she's too stubborn to take the L and leave the fandom or the internet and try to rebrand herself, she'd rather keep destroying what little remains of her reputation if it means feeding her delusion of being the "number one FBACC fan".

Sorry I didn't share this with you guys sooner (I've had a lot going on and I keep forgetting things), but I meant to tell you all that the most recent minor Emma was talking to cut contact with her some time ago. Idk if that scared her or something, but after the minor cut contact with them, Emma age restricted her account so you have to be at least 16 years old or older to view her Instagram. That and she says in her bio that she doesn't want people messaging her if they're underage. (Strange considering she's the one who'd initiate first contact with the minors she used to be talking to but okay.)

She also posted these to her story regarding all of the accounts she recently deleted which are just

No one here is new to the internet, none of it should be particularly shocking. At the end of the day I think her work would be improbable to befoul many laws in relation to child porn. Mainly because it’s hyper stylized depictions of imaginary minors, however distasteful or reprehensible the content. While prosecution for loli or shota content does happen, it’s often few and far between in the US, because the law states that it has to be a depiction (of any kind) of a ‘living identifiable minor’, as per the PROTECT Act of 2003. Things like what Shadman did depicting actual children, or Sophie and Deeker tracing children are frankly more disgusting than a grimdark fan fiction about a kids show 3 people remember. The line is crossed in her actions around minors, not the weird shit that she draws.

Has Emma been diagnosed with Autism at any point? That would explain a lot from the weird intense interest that she just can’t let go of, to the inappropriate interaction with others. Many autistics have a difficult time understanding boundaries and don’t exactly see age the way a ‘normal’ person would. She sees someone else interested in her ‘thing’ and sucks them in, to whatever detriment. Abuse is another thing I wonder about, sometimes abused people will come up with these crazy dark stories, and even become abusers themselves, sadly. Seeing her religious background makes me raise an eyebrow.

You're correct! the law isn't gonna arrest you for like one piece or two, but if they deem it necessary to arrest you because you might be seen as a risk, they will.
