I don't think the vaginoplasties they perform on natal females were developed using dick skin, but idk I'm not an expert.

And more often than not (I think? if anyone can correct me, feel free), when natal females need vaginoplasties, they often have some vaginal tissue to work with. They're not usually creating something from scratch.

My understanding is "vaginoplasty" usually refers to labiaplasty which is an entirely aesthetic kind of surgery and doesn't concern the functionality of the organ. And it certainly doesn't involve fashioning anything out of discarded penile&scrotal skin. I've tried to come up with an apt comparison but I've failed so far.

Proven again yesterday after reading another Professor Radich multi-tweet lecture (subsequently deleted) concerning how Transphobes were lost in a “moral panic” and how this condition had created false narratives to demonize the Trans.

To help The Ignorants® see the error of their ways, the esteemed Professor thought awesome by thousands finished the lesson by advising said Ignorants they should come to understand “occam’s razor” because the “Trans transed simply to be who they are, and the fact they/them are so happy being who they are validates transition” * (It helps to imagine this lecture in a Marilyn Monroe “Happy birthday, Mr. President” voice, ala emmy Liora’s SoundCloud).

Somehow, in my deep shame from being a speck of insignificant shit next to the Radich intellect, I managed to recall the doctor's argument made in a tight loop with no exit condition, an argument in total reliance on the commoner’s ignorance of “complex” biology.
