None of these are actual problems so idk what they're tryna prove. And maybe they're "homeless" due to them being impossible to be around- like most cases.
And there's no such thing as "life saving healthcare" when it comes to these people. It's never "I have cancer", it's "pay for my transitional surgery while I'm already homeless and use my money irresponsibly- or else I will kill myself".

Like ok, good. Kill yourself then. The people who donate can then instead donate to the people who actually need it. I can name several people with actual life-threatening issues who tried crowdfunding- but it didn't work and they died. Meanwhile these entitled brats get funded thousands.

You know, I feel bad for the LGB in Poland and Hungary but people here keep pretending that it's all about live and let live stil so they don't see why other countries aren't keen on embracing them. Just giving an actual answer to this question: there are a lot more options overall for traditional transgender surgeries now, and surgeons are finding ways to tweak them to get more androgynous results. As an example, top surgery. Increasingly, people who identify as nonbinary are getting it. This doctor estimates that 40-50% of his clients who get double mastectomies are not trans men, and many surgeons are now explicitly offering services to nonbinary clients, examples here and here.

As for ways that people make their chests more androgynous, some may choose to have their nipples removed entirely (rather than grafted back onto the chest to create a masculine appearance.) One of the surgeons I linked above offers that option. There are also a bunch of ways that a skilled surgeon can alter shape and scar lines to create a result that looks fairly ambiguous. Long video, but this guy goes into depth about it.

Not to go too far off topic, but you really could make the same arguments they make for being "trans" or "Nonbinary" for transracialism some of them are arguably MORE valid.
E.g. If race is only a social construct and there are no differences between humans on a biological level, as they often claim, then a white child raised and adopted by a black family in the US would indeed be "culturally black".

It's not just a claim, though. Not the first part, anyway. There is a reason medical/science writing now uses ancestry or the geographical location of one's ancestors rather than 'race'. Race (as in, the relatively recent historical idea of humans being divided into five or so main races) just is not a particularly good way to classify people biologically. One issue is that if you're a European, and you compare yourself genetically to someone from a different region in Europe and someone from Japan, there is a good chance you might find more genetic diversity between you and the other European than between you and the Japanese person. And diversity among sub-Saharan Africans is greater than between most other races due to the historical bottleneck situation when humans left Africa:

In other words, if an alien were to stop by earth and capture a few hundred humans from around the world to study, with no idea of the society they came from, there is very little chance that the alien would classify them as black, white, Asian, etc, because the genetic information does not justify it. If the alien was determined to classify them genetically he'd be just as likely to make up half a dozen sub-Saharan 'races' and shove Asians and whites together based on the genetic information in that diagram.

But that doesn't mean that race is not real. It is real, it's just real in a social and historical sense, not a biological one.

The issue here is that gender theory has claimed that gender is socially constructed, and then has somehow made the leap of logic that biological sex is not real and can be changed at will. If you are going to pretend that all the societal and historical baggage that comes with being raised as and looking like a certain gender does not matter, as long as you feel like you are another gender, there is no reason you can't do that with race. Especially since there is far more of a biological basis to sex than there is to race. They have already made the giant leap, all that is left to cross the 'transracial' barrier is a tiny step.
