Counterpoint - why should you waste your time on him specifically and why is he worth defending? And what do you exactly believe we do here? No one is talking to him unless he comes here. No one contacts him or "harasses" him in his own sphere. If Erdem makes fun of the kiwis in his Discord, should the Kiwis try to get his Discord banned for "harassment"? No of course not, no one cares.

So you, an American, would write, in English, to a Turkish department for cybercrime to report ... what exactly with what evidence? Please show us a rough draft of your report.

You showed a random discord screenshot with Erdem asking for help in it. How does that prove anything? Show a selfie, link a social media profile, upload a photo of your feet to verify your skin color is different or send it to the admin (Null). Or upload your driver's license or US passport.

Show us the kind of report you'd file. If you can't, I'll have to assume you were lying when you threatened to file a police report. Under US federal law it is illegal to threaten litigation without cause to stop behavior ("litigation to inflict duress"), because it is considered an attempt at abusing the justice system. Did you just commit a crime? What state are you in?
You can look this up in US code under "28 USC App Fed R Civ P Rule 8: General Rules of Pleading"
