You are threatening litigation to change the behavior of someone ("If you don't stop"), putting them under duress. Clear evidence:
This is considered an attempt to abuse the justice system and is a punishable offense, I have linked the US federal code to show you. You might not know anything about law or perhaps you don't take the law seriously - but we Kiwis sure do. What US state are you in? I gotta look up if maybe you have a chance to get out of this under state's law.
