The letter of the law applies perfectly imo. I think Faith has the capacity to put on an act for court, I think her father has the means to pursue it, and I think the obvious malice in Ralph publishing it when and how he did satisfies the law. If Faith goes for this and her dad helps, I think he can squeak enough to get the grease and get a prosecuting attorney involved. Ralph has a record already for physically attacking a woman. I think the judge would put him down.The "victim" isn't very sympathetic though and I could easily see a prosecutor taking a miss on getting involved with an absolute clown show like this.
