This may be late as I absolutely cannot keep up but I wonder if she doesn’t have sensitive skin? Like you would break out all over but if you’re wearing something that’s right fitting (underwear and jeans) you’d have a lot more contact with the skin, right? The friction could also increase irritation and make the blemishes and skin condition deteriorate.

I was pretty shocked at how stark the dividing line was between back fat and flat ass fat, like it literally looks like she has something on her skin like dirt or grime.
