Correct. From what I understand from a conversation from last week I had with the ACA's office, the motion was made after an agreement was reached with Ralph. The defendant asked the prosecutors for a deal in which he could have the crime expunged if he completed certain things, based on the prosecution's list. I don't have all the details but it appears the nolle prosequi was contingent on Ralph not having any contact with the Vickers, and he was "strongly encouraged" to not talk about them, including deleting anything negative he had said about them publicly. That's why the day the case was initially dismissed the negative articles about Matthew Vickers disappeared from the website, among other things. I don't know the exact length of time he was expected to not have any contact with them but clearly he broke that when he threatened Matthew Vickers in July. They wouldn't tell me if Faith had any say in the decision, but the way the woman was talking it seemed like she wasn't consulted before the prosecution agreed to it, and this would match up with other things I had heard from some of Ralph's gold star callers (the same ones who let me know he'd been charged again). I'm waiting to see if the ACA's office can hook me up with the paperwork since I guess you can't request it online, but I'm waiting to get a call back that I will record (since I recorded the last one but deleted it when I cleaned out my basic videos folder stupidly without moving it to the "Don't Delete This Shit You Fucking Retard" folder like I usually do) which should hopefully shed some more light on the subject of why the case was dismissed to begin with, and if Faith was involved in the decision. I'm not sure if I'll get much, because I doubt the prosecutors will give me much information concerning the case since I'm not a party to it.So wait, the whole "Vickers is a pedo/might be/could be/I don't know don't ask me" rant came after the no contact condition for dropping the charges.
If anything shows how petty, vindictive and unable to let any slight go Ralph is, this is it. Sacrifices his chance at being free of those charges just so he could talk shit about the grandfather of (not his son according to California) Xander.
