Back in December/January when the case started the prosecution did some basic research on you and one of the first things they found was, of course, this forum/your 3k page thread.
The prosecutor kept reading, and reading, eventually coming back to the site daily for new updates. Even after the case was dropped, he came back to read in amazement of how retarded you can be. In the end, he became a full time poster, alog, and decided to bring back the charges to alog you.
So you should really complain to the judge that the prosecutor is an alog and he only brought back the charges because of that damn international fugitive Josh Moon and you should not be expected to listen to an alog which is why you did the exact opposite of what the deal said you were meant to do, it's the Ralphamale way. Be sure to explain your "when they go low I go lower" mentality too, that will help.
