Defense attorneys and defendants pretending they couldn't comply or that court cases need to be continued for the millionth time because of covid has been the popular claim since it became a thing, they will play that to the hilt. For a while last year judges were instructed to take claims of covid exposures at face value in court and allow continuances without any proof, even in the places that had the sense not to shut down entirely over covid.

Amazingly somehow despite all defendants in America being exposed to, contracting, or their families constantly being afflicted with covid, we have not seen a drastic reduction in their population.

Have you ever been to a jail visitation? Ninety percent of them happen behind glass. As for population reduction, prepare to be shocked at jail and prison medical bills. Even Springfield SCI has a waiting list.

My point was that covid is being used as an excuse, not that its actually a legitimate reason why so many cases are being extended so far. Defense knows that generally the further from the offense you can get a trial or plea, the better the odds for their client (or that the victim just stops showing up).

Yes, that is true. I was speaking about the whole situation. That aside, I agree with you that defense attorneys are abusing the shit out of it.

For reasons I don't know, I had this weird sliver of hope that the outcome of this trial would help Ralph. Not necessarily cause Ralph to reflect and reevaluate his life, but give him momentum to put on big shows, expand his business, and maybe even let the Vickers stuff go.

It's been a week and Ralph has already accelerated his gunt mobile straight to hell. Keep in mind after he "won" his trial in January 2020, he was stomping around a pedo house in overly tight clothes by March.

So lets evaluate Ralph's life after his no-contest to sex crimes victory.

1. ) He has announced his intent to keep the Vickers in his life. This drama will never end.

2. ) He has purchased a new[ish] vehicle. Oversized, overpriced, redundant, and likely took out a sketchy loan. Zero intention of ever owning property that will appreciate in time.

3. ) He is still constantly sperging out on Twitter. I actually thought Ralph may be elated enough to not get mad at the internet for awhile. His paranoia has not ceased.

4. ) He announced his plans of attending this year's AFPAC. Nick Fuentes is a giant glow-op and Ralph will be the last person to admit it.

5. ) He has gone nuclear on Andy Warski simply because Andy is hosting a new show with PPP. The blood feuds go on.

Ralph is the same exact person he was before January 5th. Court didn't do anything for him.

I also highly suspect Ralph has been doing a lot of drug and drink since the trial ended. 2022 is looking to be a very good harvest. Hopefully we'll get another gem this March that matches the pedo fight.

I completely agree with you. For addicts their first "high" comes along with a giant dopamine hit they spend their lives chasing again. The "no contest" was like the equivalent of the best hit of coke or the biggest casino win he will ever have. He's going to be chasing that dopamine even harder now. Only weeks after the trial he's into a loan for 40k on a shit box to stave off the cravings. Its only going to get worse.
