I just assumed that it wasn't Ralph but it very well could have been especially seeing how he attacked spectre specifically when they've been arguing on Twitter. He's most likely posted it elsewhere gloating about his "victory".
Well I took it as that and him focusing on the lack of "special circumstances" on the paperwork, which is something that could have been seen only in the computer or part of the motion itself. The nolle prosequi doesn't even have the names of the attorneys present, or if the defendant himself was present for the hearings. It looks like it was slightly rushed.
I didn't really question the validity of the paperwork I just didn't think it was Ralph. Anyone can make an account on here and pretend to be gunt and I'm still pretty sure he's posted that in his discord. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if he's posted shit in there about his case while it was still open, he has worse time preference than a sub saharan. Ralph is a spiritual nigger.
Wouldn't exactly be hard to imitate him, I'll grant you that. I guess we'd need someone to post a screenshot form his Discord of him posting it. But I think he would have taken that to Twitter first to publicly dunk on people openly if he was going to go that route.

In August, an intimate video of Ralph and a woman with whom Ralph was in a relationship was posted on Instagram and Kiwi Farms, an internet messaging board and website known for harassment and reposting the Christchurch shooter’s manifesto. Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Kelli Burnett declined to comment specifically on the case in order to protect the privacy of the victim, but she noted that “nolle prosequi” “is not the same as not guilty.”

It appears that she has since moved out of state.
