The case was NOLL PROSS'D, meaning that it's not being prosecuted anymore than it has been. Allegedly there were some "special circumstances" mentioned which could indicate some agreement between the parties for him to go into a diversionary program like inpatient alcohol treatment. Having just spoken to the ACA in the J&DR court, all she could see was the disposition of the case itself and nothing more. If we want anything else, some intrepid Kiwi is going to have to go down to the J&DR court and pay for the paperwork including motions and transcripts, which she said would cost "between fifty cents and two dollars". That's all I can give you guys at this point.
The court says it was transferred to Richmond Juvenile Court with the next hearing being 10 February at 0845. Since it's a domestic charge (boyfriend-girlfriend, living together) that's where it goes now.
EDIT:
Source: Spoke to the clerk of the court who informed me of what's going on.

"Some of Richmond's finest stopped by and knocked on the door"
"They came in..."
"They informed me that there was a warrant out for my arrest."
He was actually arrested.
"They transported me to the Richmond City Justice Center."
"I saw a magistrate, and it was about the whole sex tape thing."
Revenge porn charges.
EDIT:
The cops told him he'd have gotten beaten if he'd tried to punch a female cop in Richmond.
"I had a great time talking to the officers." COPE!
He was released on a recognizance bond after being brought before a magistrate, so he was indeed arrested.
He'll be in court tomorrow morning and already has an attorney.
EDIT 2:
"As for Faith herself, I don't want to see any attacks on her." (statement totally not written by an attorney)
"I'll be [in court] at 9 AM tomorrow morning."
"It's been revealed that I'm dating Pantsu."
