The court says it was transferred to Richmond Juvenile Court with the next hearing being 10 February at 0845. Since it's a domestic charge (boyfriend-girlfriend, living together) that's where it goes now.

The cops told him he'd have gotten beaten if he'd tried to punch a female cop in Richmond.

"I had a great time talking to the officers." COPE!

He was released on a recognizance bond after being brought before a magistrate, so he was indeed arrested.

He'll be in court tomorrow morning and already has an attorney.
