I'd take an newborn infant and raise them away from the world for 20 years, but I'd make it so everyone who interacts with them is done up head to toe in some real elder horror special effects makeup so the child assumes that that's just what everyone looks like. No mirrors, no outside media, nothing to break the immersion.
