I don't think Eugenia is a cackling hag reveling in pulling in unstable and mentally ill young girls into anorexia. It doesn't excuse the fact that that's exactly what she's doing, but if intentions matter at all, that's not what she's intending. I think she enjoys harming herself, going deeper and deeper into her disorder, and hurting other people is incidental, collateral damage. Unavoidable, but not necessarily intended.

People give Eugenia far too much credit for being devious. It's not as if she isn't aware that her behaviors are destructive (for both others and herself), but that her brain literally doesn't have the ability to process it in any kind of meaningful manner. I'm not saying she shouldn't be held responsible for the damage she has caused - only that she will be forever UNABLE to do so until she feeds her brain.

Completely agree. She's an addict and starvation is her drug. She gets a high from bodychecking, seeing her fans concerned and getting praise from her fetishist simps. Anything outside of that is irrelevant. If anyone is harmed by that, too bad. This is how she's been coping with life since she was a child and she has no interest in changing it. Not for herself and most definitely not for her teenage fans.

I agree completely. Eugenia loves being told how skinny and sick she looks, and if she's like other anorexics, will also love others telling her how they want to be as thin as she is. Not because she's some manipulative monster, but because all she cares about is being as thin as possible, and having that validated is intoxicating for her. Anorexics are super competitive and it must be a mark of pride for her that she is pretty much "ana goals". I don't think she really thinks that much about the impact on others. During her videos, her streams, etc you can see that all she's focused on is herself. She loves any excuse to body check, and if she's got an audience watching who will tell her she's a skeleton, then that's just a bonus.

It's also high in paracetamol, so she may be using that to keep hunger pains at bay (or perhaps other pains that come with being drastically thin). Either way, that's gotta be wreaking havoc on her liver, as I think it's higher in APAP than your average OTC medicine. Not that her liver isn't probably already pâté.
