You can see the back of the car in the third photo. They just stopped the car for a minute, took the photos, and went home.

I could've sworn she posted those photos before. But maybe it's just the same outfit and same location (two minutes away from the house) and they're blurring into one.

So Google tells me Midol is "a brand of over-the-counter analgesic drugs marketed for menstrual cramping and other effects related to premenstrual syndrome and menstruation". Eugenia obviously doesn't use it for period cramps so what would she use it for? General pain management?

I think she may take it for hunger pains. The diuretic in it is very minimal, and there are more stronger OTC meds out there like diurex/diurex max
