"ever-thinning hairline that is receding"

Can I ask why this is? What does it relate to? I am asking because this is linked with a personal lolcow I know and am wondering if anyone else actually knows about him too.

This guy has been a personal lolcow of mine for several years. I cannot stress how bizarre it is to see he's actually posted on here.

Just to make it clear - he is not a troll. He is genuinely just like this. He has been spamming my inbox on Facebook for about a year before I shut it down
